A Show of Heart:  Duane Reade to be First-Ever "Presenting Sponsor" of AIDS Walk New York

This year, AIDS Walk New York commemorates 25 years as the East Coast’s first and the world’s largest HIV/AIDS fundraising event.  To further highlight this incredible milestone, Duane Reade, New York’s most recognized drug store will be the fundraiser’s first-ever “Presenting Sponsor” and has pledged a minimum contribution of $225,000 through the Duane Reade Charitable Foundation.   Also as part of this year's sponsorship, Duane Reade will sell special $1 paper red-ribbon pinups in its more than 250 New York metropolitan area stores, from Saturday, April 10 to Saturday, May 15 — the day before AIDS Walk New York.
