ACTION ALERT!

Tell Congress to make sure people with AIDS aren't put out on the street

The Bush Administration is capping emergency and transitional housing benefits for people with AIDS to 24 months, as of March 27. For many, that assistance is the only thing standing between them and the street. When this rule was first proposed in December of 2007, hundreds of groups voiced their opposition. Despite these widespread objections, the administration is moving forward with this cruel policy change.

Tell your members of Congress to fight back on behalf of those with HIV and AIDS and demand withdrawal of this harmful cap on housing benefits!

Take Action!
