Report on Full Repeal of HIV Entry Ban, Updated by GMHC

New York, New York — GMHC's report, "Undermining Public Health and Human Rights: the U.S. HIV Travel and Immigration Ban," has been updated to reflect full repeal of the entry ban which went into effect Monday January 4, 2010.

On pages 3-6 of the report, you will find an analysis of the new policy, including what it does and does not mean for current and would-be HIV positive immigrants.
