New York, NY — Today, Kelly Killoren Bensimon announced that she will join GMHC, the nation's oldest AIDS service organization and Whole Foods Market, the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods, for the NYC Pride March on Sunday, June 27.   Kelly is a noted author, influential editor, model, and tastemaker.  She is best known as one of the most talked about housewives, on Bravo's hit show The Real Housewives of New York City. The show just ended its third season attracting its best ratings ever.

"I am pleased to join these two leading NYC institutions that are committed to health and wellness," said Bensimon.   "As a mother of two daughters, I believe it is important to provide support for youth on making healthy choices related to their minds and bodies, particularly on the issue of HIV prevention."

In June, GMHC and Whole Foods Market launched a partnership on wellness.   Educational information about health, nutrition, HIV prevention and related topics continue to be distributed at the Pride events in all five boroughs.  Hundreds of Whole Foods Market and GMHC employees will participate together in the March.

"We are appreciative of Kelly's support for our services and most recently, our partnership with Whole Foods Market," said Marjorie Hill, PhD, Chief Executive Officer of GMHC.   "We look forward to marching with her on Sunday."
