Below are links to three articles, thus far, about the "friendly" rivalry between our CEO Marjorie Hill and CEO Rebecca Haag of AIDS Action Committee in Boston which began when they discovered their football teams were going to the Super Bowl. They started a competition by enlisting their respective board chairs and members to donate funds for each organization's AIDS Walk if their team won.
If the Patriots win, $1,000 will be donated by GMHC to AIDS Walk Boston. If the Giants win, $1,000 will be donated by AIDS Action Committee to AIDS Walk New York. Either way, people affected by HIV and AIDS will win.
