Payment and
Delivery Rules
All orders must be prepaid by check or money order. GMHC only accepts
purchase orders in excess of $100. Make checks payable to GMHC.
Payments by American
Express, Mastercard and Visa require a $50 minimum purchase.
Bulk Purchase/Volume
Discount
Orders over $200 enjoy a 20% discount! This significant discount applies
to all bulk purchasers, including not-for-profit organizations.
Partial Shipments
If an item is temporarily out of stock, GMHC will ship in-stock items
to you, noting what is out of stock on the order form. If we have
stopped
distributing an item, we may make a substitution. If you are unhappy
with the substitution, let us know at 212-367-1016.
Shipping Information
All orders over $100 are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS).
UPS will not deliver to post office boxes, so please use a street address.
Shipping Cost
GMHC will charge 10% of the total purchase price for shipping charges.
International orders
must include additional shipping costs. Please contact GMHC to determine
weight of shipment before making payment.
