Volunteer To Discuss Your Experiences With Crystal Meth For A Brand New GMHC Web Initiative

GMHC is preparing to launch a website to address community needs in relation to crystal meth use. We are looking for people to volunteer to give video testimonials about crystal meth that will be posted on the new website.

Each testimonial will be 2-3 minutes long. The testimonials will be videotaped by GHMC staff.

At this time we are seeking testimonials from people who are:

  • Former crystal meth users
  • Current crystal meth users
  • Friends and family members of crystal meth users
  • Community members who have something to say about crystal meth

We will ask those making testimonials to speak about one or more of the following:

  • What has been the role or impact of crystal in your life?
  • Why do people use crystal?
  • What do people need to know about crystal?
  • What are the community needs in relation to crystal?
  • What are the particular issues for gay men in relation to crystal and other substances?
  • How does substance use relate to sex?

If you are interested to volunteer to give a testimonial, please contact Brian Toynes to ensure you are qualified to participate. (P) 212-367-1515
