The International Conference theme was "Access for All." The march was
a call to the international community to demand accountability for gaps and
inequities in HIV/AIDS treatment access and to demand real access for all.

Participants in the march included members of the Thai
Drug Users Network, Thai MSM and transgender groups,
and members of many international HIV/AIDS community
organizations.
