Serve as a condiment with spicy foods.

Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1T ground Cumin
2C Plain Yogurt
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
2T Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
Pinch Cayenne |
Directions:
Peel cucumber and cut into 1/4 inch dice. Blot off excess water
with paper towels. Mix yogurt, cumin, garlic, and mint leaves. Add
cucumber and cayenne. Chill.
