Orange Almond Muesli
Ingredients:
1c rolled Oats, toasted
1/2c Almonds, toasted and chopped
2T Brown Rice Syrup
1 Green Apple, grated
1/2t Cinnamon
1t grated Orange Zest
*Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the oats and almonds on a baking sheet and drizzle with brown rice syrup.
Bake about 5 minutes until the mixture is toasty.
Place in a bowl and cool.
Add the grated apple, cinnamon and orange zest to combine.
Keeps in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
*Any additional dried fruits such as raisins, cherries, figs etc may be added as well.
