Nectarine and
Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients:
1 1/4c all purpose Glour
1/3c coarsely ground Almonds
1/4c Brown Sugar
1/4t Cinnamon
1/8t of Nutmeg
1/2c unsalted, melted & cooled Butter
6 ripe Nectarines, cored and sliced
1 pint of Blueberries
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon
and nutmeg. Drizzle in the melted butter and with a fork, combine
and break up any large pieces.
In another bowl combine the nectarines with the blueberries and
a tablespoon of flour. Pour the fruit into a square or round baking
dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake until bubbling and brown, about
45 minutes.
Makes about 8 servings.
