| Chicken Tikka Kabobs
Ingredients:
2lbs Boneless Chicken Breast halves, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4c Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2T Salt
6T Plain Yogurt
3 Garlic Cloves, smashed
1 1/2T Corriander
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1/4T Garam Masala (optional)
1inch Fresh Ginger, sliced
Pinch Crushed Red Pepper
12 Bamboo Skewers soaked in water
Directions:
Soak wood skewers in water to cover. Marinate the chicken, lemon
juice and salt in a bowl for 30 minutes. Mix the yogurt, garlic,
and spices with the chicken and marinate from 3 hours to overnight.
Thread the chicken on skewers. Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
Serves 6.
