Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
2 heads of Cauliflower
1 head of fresh Garlic
1 bunch of fresh Thyme
Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Split the cauliflower into medium size florets and toss in a bowl
with olive oil. Spread florets onto a baking sheet and add the unpeeled
garlic cloves, thyme, salt & pepper.
Place in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and then turn the heat
down to 300 for the remaining 30 minutes.
Cauliflower should be golden and crisp. Season if necessary.
