GMHC'S Nutrition & Wellness Program
The following waters are purified through a filtration
system of one micron units or less. This system has shown
to be the surest way to prevent Cryptosporidium and/or other parasites
or cysts (a cyst is an inactive parasite) from entering the water.
If your favorite brand of water does not appear on this list, we
recommend you check with the water company and ask if they employ
a similar filtration method.
