Each year, UNAIDS selects a theme for World AIDS Day. This year's
theme is: Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise. At GMHC, we are committed
to stopping the spread of HIV and providing compassionate care to
men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS. We also take this
opportunity to connect our work to what is happening globally. The
calendar that follows contains a variety of activities in observation
of World AIDS Day 2006, which this year comes as we commemorate the
25th anniversary of the AIDS pandemic and 25 years of GMHC. We
hope you will join us at any or all of these events.
