The lunch for women clients includes a discussion on the topic of managing side-effects of menopause and pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) through healthy eating and other nutritional resources.
A NEW You! Day of Wellness
Friday, March 28, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
In commemoration of National Nutrition Month, the event features a day of nutrition and wellness activities including: aromatherapy, dance, healthy cooking, as well as workshops on how foods affect moods, getting the most out of doctor's appointments.
