as a person with HIV and/or AIDS. Finding a safe place to turn for
answers to those questions can be difficult. The legal brochures
at the left are a good place to start.
GMHC provides a wide range of legal services both at GMHC and
at satellite locations around the city that includes expert advice
on financial management, access and maintenance of benefits and
entitlements, HIV discrimination, employment, tenants’ rights, and
