Hotline
Our hotline is the place to come for questions frequently asked
of the Hotline peer counselors, and links
to the information most sought after by our callers and e-mailers.
Answers to many questions can be found by visiting "Ask
GMHC". If you find that your questions are not answered there, you can email us at: hotline@gmhc.org.
We hope to answer you within 14 days of receiving your request.
However, please understand that we get a large volume of emails
each day, and our ability to respond depends on our peer counselors'
availability.
If you need a quicker response, or would like to speak
anonymously with a peer counselor, please call the GMHC Hotline
at 212-807-6655 or 1-800-AIDS-NYC (1-800-243-7692).
Hours: We are open Monday through Friday 10
am to 9 pm (Eastern Time -GMT

Línea Informativa: If you'd like to talk to a Spanish-speaking peer counselor, please call our hotline on Wednesdays according to the schedule listed in our Spanish hotline section Spanish
