Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities at GMHC
During the upcoming year, Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) will be hosting a wide variety of fundraising and programmatic events that are available for corporate sponsorship, including AIDS Walk New York, Fashion Forward, Savor, A Toast at Twilight, and many others. Sponsorship opportunities for each event feature benefits that meet the complex needs of corporate philanthropy.
GMHC is always happy to tailor sponsorship opportunities to the changing needs of our funders, and we are eager to explore new and innovative ways to partner with businesses in the Fight Against AIDS. We believe much can be achieved in our work by meaningful collaborations with the business sector.
If your corporation would like to take advantage of one of the sponsorship opportunities described within this brochure and explore ways to support the work of GMHC and the Fight Against AIDS, please contact us to arrange a meeting and a tour of the agency.
Multi-Event Sponsorships
Many of our corporate partners support more than one GMHC event, thus benefiting from continuous corporate philanthropic exposure throughout the year, while enjoying significant savings. We would be happy to explore opportunities for multi-event sponsorships tailored to your organization's specific marketing and philanthropic needs. Testing and Outreach
|
Ongoing 20082009 |
One in four New Yorkers living with HIV is still unaware of his or her status. This statistic greatly illuminates the need for increased HIV testing services in all of our communities. In addition to our onsite testing services offered through the David Geffen Center for HIV Prevention and Education, the great accessibility and simplicity of rapid testing technology has afforded GMHC the opportunity to offer testing at offsite locations and events. GMHC also has a mobile testing van that goes to different venues around New York City to offer targeted testing where high-risk populations (women, youth, men who have sex with men) congregate. Opportunities designed to underwrite this important work (both on and off-site) are offered year-round. Sponsorship benefits include corporate attribution for population-specific testing days, opportunity for give-away of promotional items as testing incentives, and attribution on printed materials. |
